General terms of transport

  1. The ticket holder is protected by the obligatory traveler’s insurance during the excursion. The passenger shall act in accordance with the safety standards, as well as with general standards, like the ones on the vessel and from its skipper. The company cannot be held responsible for results from recklessness nor for breaching the rules.

  2. The company reserves the right to refuse admission. The indicated time tables are not binding and do not form part of the contract. Time tables can be modified in the case of the catamaran excursion, because of weather conditions. In the case of the boat taxi service, the time table is approximate and can vary according to the initial time table of the reservation.

  3. The ticket is only valid for the reserved excursion or service, for which the ticket has been issued, and will not be refundable in case it has not been used. You will have to contact the company for any cancellation or modification of the reservation. In the case of the catamaran excursion, a “no show” by the client on the previous confirmed day and hour, will not imply a refund of the reservation.

  4. All excursions in catamaran as well as the boat taxi service are subject to last minute changes, due to weather conditions and the decision of the captain. In case an excursion has to be cancelled due to weather conditions, the client has the right to attend the excursion on another proposed date or to a full refund of the amount paid.

  5. On the boat taxi service from Corralejo harbor to the island of Lobos, the passenger is allowed to bring personal equipment up to a maximum of 5 kilograms per traveler. It is strictly prohibited to carry illegal objects or dangerous items covered under code IMDG.

  6. No claims shall be permitted to passengers who do not carry their ticket. In addition, any complaints shall be formalized in writing and should be presented in the vessel during the journey or in the office of the company after completing the journey.

  7. The passenger will have to present the ticket for the boat taxi service in the office in the harbor. For the catamaran excursions, the passenger will have to present the ticket to the boat crew and pay the outstanding amount.

  8. Passengers, who go on the catamaran excursion, will have to be present at the meeting point at least 20 minutes before boarding. In case the passenger does not present himself within the maximum given time schedule, the passenger will automatically lose their reservation.
